We collect nonpublic personal information* about you from the following sources:
- Information we received from you on applications, financial statements or other forms;
- Information about your transactions with us or others; and
- Information we received from a consumer reporting agency.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law such as IRS inquiries or court order, and only those persons or entities that you instruct us to disclose information to.
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive cusotmer, we will adhere to the privacy policy and practices as stated in this notice.
We have no affiliates or other third parties that we share nonpublic personal information with.
We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and/or services with you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal informaton.
*Nonpublic personal information applies only to personal, family or household purposes. This privacy policy does not apply to companies or about individuals who obtain financial products or services for business, commercial or agricultural purposes.
We will use certain terms in this notice that are defined as the following:
- We, our and us - This will always mean Nebraska National Bank.
- You and Your - This means our customers with whom we have a continuing relationship through on or more accounts, and also consumers who may use a service we provide (such as ATM) without any real account relationship or someone who may have applied for a loan but was declined.
- Nonpublic personal information - Personally identifiable financial information that is not available from public sources such as; social security number, account number, net worth, income, etc.
