- What are our ATM Fees?
- As long as you use the ATM machines we own and operate there is no fee. If you use a foreign ATM (one we don't own) the fee is $1.50.
- Do you offer IRA's?
- Yes, we offer IRA's, both Traditional and Roth. We can also handle your SEP (Simplified Employee Pension) accounts as well.
- Can I receive information by phone?
- Yes! You can receive information though the mail or by phone. Please use the Contact Us button for a link to our email address and phone number. You will receive a prompt response.
- Do we have direct deposit?
- Yes! Protect your payroll and deposits, Contact Us to arrange your direct deposit today.
- How does a Visa Check Card work?
- The Visa Check Card from Nebraska National Bank carries the Visa Logo, it is NOT a credit card. Rather, it's an enhanced ATM card. Use it at automated teller machines or to make purchases from your checking account without writing a check.
- How do I check my credit?
- You may obtain a copy of your credit report through your local credit reporting agency for a minimal fee. You should review this periodically to ensure accuracy.
- Do we have a toll-free number?
- Yes! Just call 1 -866-294-8270 to access your account 24 hours a day or to talk to a personal representative.
- What are your hours?
- The lobby is open M-F 9:00am to 4:00pm. The Drive-Thru is open M-F 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm.

- Do you offer Internet Banking/Bill Pay?
- Yes! Internet Banking is free to all Nebraska National Bank customers (Restrictions apply to Business Banking accounts, please contact a Personal Banker for further information). To inquire about Bill Pay services please contact a Personal Banker.
- What is your cut-off time for the current business day?
- Walk-in transactions close at 2:30pm. Internet Banking/Telephone transactions close at 2:00pm.
- Do you have Traveler's Cheques?
- Yes, you can contact a Personal Banker or visit the lobby and purchase them from our teller's.
- Do you have a minimum opening balance on CD's?
- No, Nebraska National Bank does not require a minimum deposit amount to open a Certificate of Deposit.
